So you've just been to a "Big Box Store" or talked to the Geeks and you
can't believe what they want to charge you to look at, let alone fix your PC!
We'll give you a free evulation of your problem and a best guess estimate
of what it will cost to have it repaired. If you choose to have us repair your PC, we charge $40 per hour labor! A typical Windows XP reload, including installing Office and McAfee Antivirus software along with all the hardware drivers, Microsoft Critical Updates and Service Pack 2 & 3 would cost $60-$80 depending on how much music, pictures or data files that we have to backup and reload.

Computer Repair Service

We offer low-cost, convenient hardware & software repair services, as well as advice and assistance with system upgrades, preventive maintenance and other non-repair services. This discount pricing is based on you delivering the broken equipment to the shop. We do not charge for diagnosis or problem determination prior to the start of the repair process. This is helpful to determine if the equipment is worth repairing or should just be replaced. We do not sell PC's, but can advise you where and what to buy if you choose not to have your equipment repaired. Up to this point, there would be no charges for our services.

In-Home / On-Site Installations and Repair
This service is available, but on a limited basis.  If you can't figure out how to disconnect or reconnect the computer equipment or you're unable to carry the equipment, we will be more than happy to come out and pick up it up or try to resolve you problem in your home or business.  We will provide in-home or on-site service for installations of new systems, hardware & software upgrades, routers and wireless routers and VOIP internet telephones.   Troubleshooting broken or slow running PC's in your home just dosen't work well.   Equipment brought to my shop is billed for the time we actually work on the equipment.  Repair at your home or business will also include a one way travel time charge, billed at $40.00 per hour.  A one hour minimum labor charge applies to all in home or business repairs in addition to the travel charge.

Troubleshooting
We can determine whether a problem with your equipment is hardware or software related by using various diagnostic tools.

Upgrades
We specialize in upgrades. including the installation of more memory, larger hard drives, high speed internet and DSL connections.  For hard drive upgrades, all of your data files, pictures, music and internet favorites will be moved to the new hard drive.

Payments
We accept cash and checks only.   Payment for parts and services is due at the completion of the work.   Items not picked up within 30 days of noticication will be sold for the balance due.   Unsellable items will be donated to GOODWILL OF ORANGE COUNTY.
