Complete 1 Hour Tuneup for your Windows PC for just $40.00

Our Windows Tuneup includes as a minimum:

  • Find the cause of crashes, lockups, unusual slowness, or Internet problems.
  • Repair any operating system issues
  • Remove all viruses and spyware. If needed, virus software will be provided.
  • Install critical updates
  • Perform optimization for faster computer speed and better performance
  • Make sure your computer is operating properly
  • Provide estimate for recommended hardware repairs or upgrades if needed
  • Vacuum the inside of the PC and clean all the fans to prevent system and CPU
       overheating problems caused by lack of air circulation.

    • Almost everyone's PC begins to runs slower, experiences crashes, re-boots and may even refuse to run as it's get older.  The most common problem today with PC's is that they have become infected with spybot type programs.  These are the little programs secretly downloaded and running in your PC, which report back to web sites and advertisers about your internet shopping habits, allowing them to better target you with spam eMails.  While still a legal practice, too many spybots eventually force your PC to run slower and it may eventually become un-useable on the internet.  The second most common problem on newer PC's is that they are not running a current version of a virus protection program and have become infected.  Just running the anti-virus program helps protect your PC, but to completely protect it you need the weekly virus updates installed.  In most cases either the virus's auto-update subscription has run out, or in the case of a lot of new Dell, Compaq and HP PC's, the free 90 day trial version has run out.  Without virus protection, your PC is slowly eaten alive by new virus programs that are no longer detected and blocked by your obsolete anti-virus software.  Before you spend the money to buy a new PC, why not invest a few dollars to have a professional TuneUp and evualation of your PC done.  I have been repairing computers for the over 38 years and can simply and quickly determine if you your PC is obsolute or just suffering from a easily repairable hardware or software problem.  My TuneUp process has been profected over the years to restore any PC to it's original performance and in some cases, using the latest software upgrades and optimizing software, make it actually run better and faster than it did when it was new!  Most PC's can easily be tuned up in one hour or less, but if your PC is beyond a regular Tuneup, either so infected with viruses, spybots or trashed software that the labor time exceeds the one hour Tuneup Special, additional time will be billed at the same low $40.00 rate.

    Another advantage of our Windows Tuneup is to identify faulty hardware components or corrupted software.  While repairing these items is not included in our Windows Tuneup Special, we will identify problems and make maintenance recomendations to you.  Reinstalling software is a slow, time consuming task. For example, having to reinstall Windows itself can take an additional hour, so you can choose to have us do these repairs or you can do them yourself.

    Need a bigger hard drive in your PC or laptop?  We can do hard drive upgrades which preserve your installed programs and data, saving you hours of software reinstallation.  The end result is that your machine will function exactly the same, with all your programs and data intact, but will have more hard drive space.  All repairs, upgrades or backups are billed at $40 per hour.
