  Hawk Missile Battery   C-8-1

2014 US Army, Hawk ADA Reunion
Best Western Plus, Helen,GA
May 5th. to 8th. 2014

For all who will be arriving early:   Go ahead and start the Party early!   We'll be right with you Monday Afternoon, 5 May, to start up our Reception Party,   (If You Haven't Started Up Already),   for 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.    Pitch in and support our Reunion Gathering!

I'm asking for some of you to look into the Cook Out we can have there.   There is an Out Door Area with a Big Grill that is available for us to use.   You can check with Mac McCurry about it and check it out that Monday, (If Not Sooner).    I'm suggesting we plan the Cook Out,   (If Most Of US Want To Do It),   for Tuesday Evening,   (6 May. at 6:00 PM) so we can catch it Available and Weather Acceptable.   This will give us the option for Wednesday Evening if we should be dodging Bad Weather or someone else using the Grill that Tuesday.    We can discuss our method of Food Preparations. Maybe purchase our own Meats.   Side Dishes are readily available at most all Supper Markets.   Mentioning the Cook Out: is a good opportunity for Our Ladies that want to prepare something ahead! (I.E. Disserts)

So, what ever number of Guest we receive: 'THE MORE, THE MERRIER' & Lots to do!    Donít forget our Uniform For Our Photo Shots:   Kaki Pants, White Polo Shirt & Black Cap.   (It's good to have Army ADA on the Cap, US Army, Etc.   Yet, a Plain Black Cap substitutes well.   I should have 2 Caps with me where I can share with one of you.

We'll be seeing many of you guys soon!

PS: I appreciate you guys passing this onward to other Hawk ADA Veterans.   I'm anticipating several attending that we did not know of. NOT A PROBLEM! Just contact the Best Western Plus there at Helen: PH: 706-878-2111
